Certificate in Customer Service Level 2
On-line and Classroom learning
In the classroom the course will take 2 weeks to complete. This is based on 2 days attendance per week. Classes start at 10am each day and finish at 4pm with 30 minutes for lunch. Studying this qualification online will take approximately 2 weeks.
About the course
The Certificate in Customer Service is an accredited course and is ideal if you are interested in working in a customer service role or just want a better understanding of customer service for self-employment purposes and would make a great addition to your CV.
The course is suitable for all learners who have a basic understanding of customer service or those wishing to enhance their skills and is aimed at people looking to return to work, change careers or have been in customer service role but without any formal qualifications.
The qualification will provide you with the knowledge required to deal with customers on a daily basis and is applicable to a variety of work environments.
What will I be able to do after completing the course?
Progression to an Apprenticeship or other qualifications including the Retail at Level 1 and 2 and the Hospitality Pathway.
How will I be assessed?
Portfolio of Evidence
You must be qualified at Entry Level 3 or above in English and maths and have completed the Award in Customer Service at Level 1.
